Being the first lawyer in my extended family has given me a unique perspective. It has helped me understand exactly what it feels like to need clear and dependable advice without the usual intimidation that often accompanies the legal profession.
Throughout my career, I have had the honor of assisting clients during some of the most critical moments of their businesses and their lives. I have worked with families sorting out inheritance issues, entrepreneurs setting up new businesses, companies dealing with tight compliance frameworks, and individuals fighting for their rights in property transactions.
What I work on most
Founders raising their first round: I typically help with incorporating the right entity, drafting founder co-working and vesting agreements, and reviewing Term Sheets or SAFEs to ensure you retain control as you scale.
